Industrial oxygen production equipment
The principle of industrial PSA oxygen production equipment is to use air separation technology. First, the air is compressed at a high density and then the difference in the condensation point of each component in the air is used to separate the gas and liquid at a certain temperature, and then it is obtained by further rectification. Industrial oxygen is generally obtained through this physical method. The oxygen generator is also called air separation equipment. According to the number of products, it can be divided into small-scale oxygen generator equipment below 800m3/h; medium-sized equipment from 1000-6000m3/h; large-scale equipment above 10000m3/h. The so-called 800m3/h and 1000-6000m3/h represent the hourly output of the oxygen plant from the air separation tower. China's oxygen production equipment is generally composed of air compressors, pre-cooling devices, purification devices, and air separation towers.
Household oxygen production equipment
The working principle of household oxygen-making equipment: using molecular sieve physical adsorption and desorption technology. The oxygen-making machine is filled with molecular sieves, which can absorb nitrogen in the air when pressurized, and the remaining unabsorbed oxygen is collected and becomes after purification. High purity oxygen. The molecular sieve discharges the adsorbed nitrogen back into the ambient air when it is decompressed and can absorb nitrogen and produce oxygen during the next pressurization. The whole process is a periodic dynamic cycle process, and the molecular sieve is not consumed.
Medical oxygen production equipment
All medical oxygen production equipment adopts the world's advanced PSA (pressure swing adsorption) air separation oxygen production technology, which is based on the difference in the adsorption capacity of the attractant (zeolite molecular sieve) on oxygen and nitrogen in the air to achieve oxygen and nitrogen Separate. When air enters the bed filled with adsorbent, nitrogen has a strong adsorption capacity and is adsorbed, but oxygen is not adsorbed so that a high concentration of oxygen can be obtained at the outlet end of the adsorption bed. Because the adsorbent has the characteristic that its adsorption capacity changes with pressure, changing its pressure can make adsorption alternately perform adsorption and desorption operations.
Regardless of the purpose of the oxygen production equipment, the physical oxygen production method is adopted, and the oxygen is separated by isolating the air.
