There are hydraulic transmission and mechanical transmission. The hydraulic drive concrete pump is composed of hopper, hydraulic cylinder and piston, concrete cylinder, distribution valve, S-shaped pipe, flushing equipment, hydraulic system and power system.

The hydraulic system uses pressure to push the piston back and forth. When the piston moves backward, it sucks the material, and when it is pushed forward, the concrete in the concrete cylinder is pressed into the conveying pipe through the S-shaped pipe. After pumping concrete, clean the pump body and delivery pipe with high-pressure water or compressed air.

The displacement of the piston concrete pump depends on the number and diameter of the concrete cylinder, the reciprocating speed of the piston and the volumetric efficiency of the concrete cylinder suction.
