Automatic Plaster Spray Machine Operation guide
1. Before starting each shift, press the hand oil pump several times to inject oil into the transmission part.
2. After turning on the power, first electric the main motor, check whether the rubber screw rotation direction is consistent, if not, change the power phase wire (this check should be performed every time the power is reconnected)
3. Connect the delivery hose and spray head, add 5L of clear water to the hopper, start the motor to pump the clear water out, moisten the hopper, pump body and delivery hose, and stop after pumping out most of the water.
4. Add putty or paint into the hopper to start spraying (should start the air compressor and open the air valve)
5. It is strictly forbidden to run idling when there is no material or water in the hopper
