Precautions

1. Check the appearance before the operation, such as whether the joint is loose, whether there is oil leakage, whether there is a crack in the pipeline, etc

2. Check before starting the pump, such as whether to add oil according to the specified force and whether the oil temperature is normal. When the area is 10C, it should operate under no-load for more than 20 minutes (especially in winter)

3 Pump startup and inspection after startup. When the pump is started, the method of start and stop is used to start the pump, so as to increase the oil temperature, make each equipment sensitive to operation, and then enter normal use. Check whether the pump is started whether there are cavitation, overheating, bubbles, and other adverse phenomena

4. Pay attention to the oil quantity, oil temperature, pressure, etc. at any time during the safe operation of the YG anchor drilling rig. The partner should also pay attention to the operation of the performing elements and control elements, and pay attention to whether there are adverse phenomena such as oil leakage and vibration in the system. After the operation, the whole machine shall be cleaned and concealed, especially the radiator, engine, hydraulic components, etc.
